💪梅乾菜的前置準備:

1. 展開洗淨灰塵( 雖然很乾凈不過還是洗一下)

2. 浸泡在水中,去除鹽份,可以偷吃一小口,鹹度可以接受就取出擠乾水份

3. 切小段備用

💪五花肉的前置準備:

1. 五花肉切段川燙去血水,洗淨備用

2. 肉皮面抹上醬油膏,起油鍋,五花肉兩面煎到恰恰,再切成適當大小

🥢開始料理囉!

1. 用剛煎五花肉的油炒梅乾菜至乾爽,再加入少許糖炒至均匀入味

2. 倒入五花肉,加入醬油膏拌炒,再加入適量的水,燒至水份略收乾,就完成囉!

鹹香甘甜的梅乾燒五花,這樣的份量二~ 三人很適合呢!
