黃梔子粉粿DIY食材包  | 天然黃梔子-產業復興 |

古早味粉粿 經典好風味!


古早味做法:

第一步:鍋子備120c.c.冷水,將1包粉料再慢慢倒入,(需邊攪拌)調成粉水備用。

第二步:煮沸360c.c.熱水,迅速沖入並充分攪拌成粉糊。

第三步:將粉糊盛盤放入電鍋後,外鍋+半杯~1杯的水,建議用寛口淺盤蒸,會比較容易熟透,如果較窄較高的會比較容易要蒸第二次,有白白的就表示還沒有熟透,一定要變成全透明金黃色。

第四步:放涼後即可食用,可沾蜂蜜、蜜焦糖或紅豆剉冰。
