火鍋好朋友~ 非油炸豆皮
不喜歡油炸豆皮的人,一定會喜歡這個。
並且使用非基改黃豆製作、不加防腐劑,要趁新鮮吃掉唷!

這款豆皮在煮火鍋時是不需要浸泡的,因為它下鍋之後會有很長一段時間可以吸收湯汁; 如果是要和芹菜一起拌炒,就建議泡軟再炒會比較適合。
今天想跟大家分享滷豆皮的作法,雖然它滷完永遠無法像豆干一樣,冷掉後會稍微紮實些,但是會變得有嚼勁,當零嘴吃也是很不錯的。

滷豆皮
材料:豆皮一包,二砂:油:醬油=100克:90克:90克,八角四顆,月桂葉二片,花椒粒3克,薑片少許

做法:
1.泡豆皮至軟
2.將上述的材料除醬油外放入炒鍋中慢慢炒至二砂融化,小心放入豆皮(火可先關掉),略翻後加入醬油煮至略收乾即可
